La hermenéutica constitucional feminista orienta la comprensión y la promoción del aporte de las mujeres en cada uno de los espacios sociales, políticos, institucionales y jurídicos. El artículo analiza la representatividad del género en el Poder Judicial y en la Advocacia-Geral da União (Abogacía General del Estado) en Brasil. Ante la situación identificada, especialmente la necesidad de realización efectiva de la igualdad material, se sientan las bases para la construcción de soluciones a la luz de la solidaridad como premisa del derecho constitucional altruista y feminista

Female representation in the judicial branch and the Office of the Attorney General of the Brazilian State: time, dynamics, constitution and transformation
Feminist constitutional hermeneutics guides the understanding and promotion of women’s contributions in every social, political, institutional and legal sphere. This article analyzes gender representation in the judiciary and the Office of the Attorney General of the State (Advocacia-Geral da União – AGU) in Brazil. Given the situation identified, especially the need for the effective realization of material equality, it lays the foundation for the construction of solutions in light of solidarity as a premise of altruistic and feminist constitutional law.

Die Präsenz von Frauen in der Justiz und in der Generalbundesanwaltschaft Brasiliens: Entwicklung, Dynamik, Verfassung und Transformation
Die feministische Verfassungshermeneutik orientiert das Verständnis und die Förderung des Beitrags, den Frauen in Gesellschaft und Politik sowie auf institutionellem und juristischem Gebiet leisten. Der Artikel beabsichtigt eine Analyse der Präsenz von Frauen in der Justiz und in der Generalbundesanwaltschaft (Advocacia-Geral da União – AGU) Brasiliens. Vor dem Hintergrund der festgestellten Situation, insbesondere der Notwendigkeit einer effektiven Umsetzung der materiellen Gleichheit, werden die Grundlagen für die Entwicklung von Lösungen gelegt, die auf der Solidarität als Prämisse eines altruistischen, feministischen Verfassungsrechts beruhen
