Los discursos feministas a la luz de la teoría del poder-saber y su importancia para una lectura plural del Estado Democrático de Brasil
El presente artículo presenta un estudio sobre la importancia de dar voz a los discursos feministas con el fin de materializar una verdadera pluralidad de interpretaciones posibles del texto de la Constitución brasileña de 1988. A partir de las teorías de Judith Butler y Michel Foucault, utilizando una metodología deductivo-analítica, basada en investigaciones bibliográficas, la presente investigación se divide en tres partes. Inicialmente, se expone cómo el lenguaje y el discurso son verdaderas fuentes de poder que acaban conformando la estructura social. Además, se demuestra cómo estos instrumentos siempre se han utilizado como forma de subyugar y oprimir a las mujeres, en una clara dominación masculina. A continuación, se analiza la fuerza política de los intentos de determinación conceptual o categórica de los conocimientos feministas en el ámbito de la construcción y normalización del texto constitucional. Dado este panorama, se concluye que los discursos feministas son imprescindibles para la concretización del principio de igualdad y legitimación de las reivindicaciones abarcadas por las minorías y colectividades de resistencia de la sociedad brasileña, dentro de un verdadero Estado Democrático.

Feminist discourses in the light of the theory of power-knowledge and its importance for a plural interpretation of Brazil’s Democratic State
This article presents a study on the importance of giving voice to feminist discourses in order to materialize a true plurality of possible interpretations of the Brazilian Cons titution of 1988. Starting from the theorizations of Judith Butler and Michel Foucault, using a deductive-analytic methodology based on bibliographical research, the study is divided into three parts. Initially, it exposes how language and discourse are true sources of power that end up shaping the social structure. Furthermore, it demons trates how these instruments have always been used as a way to subjugate and oppress women, in clear male dominance. Then, the political force of the attempts at a conceptual or categorical determination of feminist knowledge are analyzed in the context of the construction and standardization of the constitutional text. In this scenario, it can be concluded that feminist discourses are essential for the implemen tation of the principle of equality and legitimization of the claims embraced by minori ties and resistance collectivities of Brazilian society, within a true Democratic State

Die feministischen Diskurse im Lichte der Theorie von Wissen und Macht und ihre Bedeutung für ein plurales Verständnis des demokratischen Staats in Brasilien
Der Beitrag stellt eine Untersuchung zur Bedeutung der feministischen Diskurse vor, um die tatsächliche Vielfalt möglicher Interpretationen des Textes der brasilianischen Verfassung von 1988 Realität werden zu lassen. Ausgehend von den theoretischen Arbeiten Judith Butlers und Michel Foucaults wählt die vorliegende Studie einen deduktiv-analytischen Forschungsansatz, der sich auf die Auswertung der Fachli teratur stützt. Die Untersuchung gliedert sich in drei Teile. Zunächst wird dargelegt, wie Sprache und Diskurs zu effektiven Machtquellen werden, die letzten Endes die Sozialstruktur gestalten. Sodann wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie diese Instrumente im Kontext einer klaren männlichen Vorherrschaft durchgehend zur Unterwerfung von Frauen eingesetzt wurden. Daran anschließend wird das politische Potenzial der Bestrebungen nach einer konzeptionellen oder Kategorie-gestützten Definition des feministischen Wissens auf dem Gebiet der Konstruktion und Normierung des Ver fassungstextes dargelegt. Daraus ergibt sich die Schlussfolgerung, dass feministische Diskurse für die Konkretisierung des Gleichheitsgrundsatzes und zur Legitimierung von Forderungen im Rahmen eines wirklich demokratischen Staates unverzichtbar sind, die von Minderheiten und Widerstand leistenden Gemeinschaften der brasili anischen Gesellschaft erhoben werden.
